Do you guarantee admission or visa?+
No. Anyone promising guarantees is lying. We improve your odds with strategy, documentation quality, and execution. Decisions are made by universities/consulates.
Can I start directly with Core without Eligibility Report?+
No. The Eligibility Report is the gatekeeper. It prevents wrong-country choices, wasted fees, and timeline disasters.
Is the fee refundable?+
Generally no, because work starts immediately and time is the product. Refunds apply only for duplicate payments or clear billing errors. If we miss a committed submission deadline due to our fault, we’ll make it right case-by-case.
Why is Italy scholarship priced separately?+
Because DSU/regional scholarships are region-specific, deadline-sensitive, and error-prone. Bundling it cheaply leads to mistakes. We price it transparently as a premium layer.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. If you upgrade within 30 days of buying Eligibility Report, we credit the full amount toward Core/Dual (minus any add-ons already delivered).
