Study Abroad Counsellor (Italy & Germany)
Remote • India • Part-time / Contract
Counsel Indian students for Italy & Germany pathways, guide applications, documentation, and visa readiness. This is not a fake-sales role — we want accountability.

- Experience: 1+ years preferred (training possible for the right person)
- Compensation: Lean fixed + performance-based commission
Responsibilities
- Assess student profiles and recommend realistic pathways
- Guide students on application timelines, documents, and next steps
- Coordinate admissions documentation and follow-ups
- Support visa preparation and interview readiness (where relevant)
- Maintain clean tracking of leads and active students
Requirements
- Strong communication (English + Indian student context)
- Organized and reliable — no ghosting, no sloppy work
- Basic understanding of admissions/visa process OR willingness to learn fast
- Comfortable with performance-linked incentives
Nice to have
- Experience with Italy/Germany admissions or visa documentation
- CRM/Spreadsheet discipline and process mindset
